Chab Dai Coalition’s community prevention programs are designed to create sustainability within Cambodian and ethnic Vietnamese communities at risk by training community leaders and empowering them to mobilize others. Read more
Chab Dai Coalition’s Urban Prevention Training program focuses on urban locations across the country that have been identified as areas where street children, ethnic Vietnamese children, and slum children are at high risk of sexual abuse from nationals and foreign pedophiles. Read more
In collaboration with The Stairway Foundation in the Philippines, Chab Dai Coalition’s “A Good Boy” and “Daughter” toolkits tell the stories of two abused children and are used as awareness raising tools for prevention. They have also been used to counsel young survivors of abuse. Read more
In response to Cambodia’s first research project on the abuse and exploitation of men and boys called “I Never Thought it Could Happen to Boys” in 2008, this project aims to aid organizations develop programs to meet the specific needs of boys. Read more
The Doorsteps project allows for small organizations in Cambodia to apply for small improvement grants of under $2,500. This project primarily focuses on improving the capacity of small local organizations. Read more
In an effort to build greater collaboration and networking between U.S. based anti-trafficking organizations, Chab Dai USA has launched a registry project, collecting information on all agencies across the nation working against issues of modern slavery, labor exploitation, and other forms of human trafficking. The Global Learning Community project works to document and share evidence-based practice and Chab Dai’s lessons learned in collaboration building with international stakeholders from around the world. Read more

Research is the first step of the response process when dealing with issues as significant and grandiose as trafficking and sexual abuse. Currently, Chab Dai Coalition is overseeing a longitudinal research focused on reintegration of trafficking survivors. Read more

Human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation are global issues. Though founded in Cambodia, the vision behind Chab Dai has expanded into autonomous organizations in the US, Canada and UK. International offices focus on awareness raising, advocacy and collaboration building. Read more
