Ms. Chanol Lim is the Head of People and Culture of Chab Dai. She began her role in April 2020, supporting people and cultural initiatives across the organization and sharing strategy and operational expertise on all people-related matter. Before this, she worked at Chab Dai as a Finance Manager for 3 years before moving into the business sector for more than 2 years acting as the Senior Auditor and Accounting Service Manager there. She soon worked with other NGOs as a Finance and Admin Coordinator for more than 10 ears. Chan Ol holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting.

Mr. Kimheng Khchang is the Head of Finance and Administration of Chab Dai Coalition Cambodia. He has held this role for the past 2 years and 7 months, leading the finance team to provide a good service and managing the funds of organization. Before working at Chab Dai Coalition, Kimheng held a number of finance position in World Vision International in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from IIC Technology University, Cambodia.

Rasmey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the International Institute of Cambodia and a Master of Development Management from the Asian School for Development and Cross-Cultural Studies (ASDECS). Rasmey has also attended many courses related to management and leadership skills. Rasmey is keen to Develop and maintain relationships (liaising cross-culturally) with all staff, key collaborators, and partners and she has a long-term commitment to her people and country.

Mr. Hor Kosal joined Chab Dai in February 2024 as our new National Director. Kosal has a Masters Degree of Public Management and Rural Development and over 20 years of experience in the field of human trafficking protection and prevention, social protection, social service support, child protection, safeguarding and  rural development. Kosal has a wealth of experience and professional skills on advocacy, networking and training at national and international levels.
