Title: The People & Culture and Government Liaison Officer
Based: Phnom Penh, Cambodia with travel where needed (Open to national citizens only)
Starting salary: $500.00 (based on skills and experiences)
Reports to: Head of People & Culture and Senior Manager for Legal Support Project & Government Liaison
About the Role
The People & Culture and Government Liaison Officer provides administrative and human resource support to Chab Dai’s People & Culture team and Government Liaison by facilitate in administration and government reports process for running smoothly. This role will include a variety of tasks and will work both internally and externally to represent Chab Dai Coalition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People & Culture Work
Human Resource
Coordinate in management of staff daily attendance
Update and check leave application form request from all staffs.
Be the focal person who respond in staff work book in & out
Prepare folder of Human Resource Document to be order
Administration Task
Monitor on Vehicle and Petty Cash Logbook
Point of contact for all enquiries (Chab Dai office phone and Telegram)
Prepare financial vouchers
Be a focal person to update Chab Dai’s assets list at least twice a year and work with the
Finance Assistant to make sure asset is verified and approved
Organize events, such as Strategy Weeks, Team Reflections, Team Farewells, the annual CHAB DAI Staff Retreat, Office parties (Khmer New Year, Christmas, etc.)
Any other role-related tasks that ensure the success of CHAB DAI.
2. Government Liaison work
Government Report and Compliance
Work with project managers to consolidate monthly, quarterly and yearly government reports.
Check, editing & correcting government’s letters/reports to ensure the letters are corrected and at the standard of administration level.
Deliver both soft & hard copies of letters/reports to partners/ministries/provincial departments to ensure sending the document on time with the focal person; such as, quarterly & annual reports.
Work with the senior LSP manager and government liaison to extend & renew MoUs.
Letter Management & update information to external relations.
Conduct the data of the letters in & out by each ministry and respond in numbering of the letter annually.
Issue letters and send out for getting acknowledgement if the organization get changes, country director, address to district, commune.
